Suit Rental Terms & Conditions

 


1. Rental Period

Each rental period is one week (7 days). Late returns will incur an additional weekly rental fee.


2. What’s Included in the Rental

Rentals include the AEIR CO₂ Flex Suit, the Filling Kit, the silicone neck seal, and one CO₂ tank (empty or full depending on fulfillment method). Hydrogel is not included and may be purchased separately.


3. Hydrogel Not Included

AEIR CO₂ Enhancing Hydrogel must be purchased separately if desired. Customers are responsible for having hydrogel available for effective use.


4. Pickup Orders

Customers picking up at our Long Lake location will receive a full CO₂ tank with their rental and must return the tank with the rest of the equipment at the end of the rental period.


5. Shipped Orders — CO₂ Tank Exchange

For shipped rentals:

 

  • AEIR will ship an empty CO₂ tank that the customer will fill locally or exchange at their nearest provider.

  • The customer agrees to return the empty tank—along with the suit, sleeve, and filling kit—at the end of the rental period.

  • Customers are responsible for safely sourcing, transporting, and exchanging their CO₂ tank in compliance with local regulations.

 


6. Required Returns

All of the following must be returned at the end of the rental period:

 

  • AEIR CO₂ Flex Suit

  • Filling Kit

  • CO₂ tank (full, empty, or partially used)

  • Any included sleeves or accessories


Failure to return the full rental kit will result in replacement charges at full retail value.


7. Suit & Equipment Condition

All rental items must be returned in clean, functional condition. Damage, misuse, modification, or missing components may result in repair or replacement fees.


8. Proper Use

Rental equipment is intended solely for personal recovery use as directed. Unsafe or improper operation voids the agreement and may result in additional charges.


9. Liability Waiver

By renting the suit, the customer assumes all responsibility for its use and agrees that AEIR is not liable for any injury, reaction, damage, or misuse of CO₂ tanks or equipment.


10. Cleaning Requirements

The suit and sleeves must be returned clean and free of residue. Excessive staining, odor, or neglect may result in cleaning fees.


11. Replacement Fees

Lost, damaged, or unreturned items will be charged at full retail value.


12. Credit Toward Purchase

All rental fees may be applied toward the purchase of a new AEIR CO₂ suit if purchased within 30 days of the rental period. No refunds or credits are offered beyond that timeframe.


13. Agreement to Terms

By picking up or accepting shipment of the rental equipment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
